End-User License Agreement

This EULA is an agreement between you and ACE CASINO PASSENTRY LTD for the Ace Casino PassEntry software. By installing or using the Software, you agree to this EULA and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

License Grant

ACE CASINO PASSENTRY LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on iPhone devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes.

License Restrictions

You may not copy or create derivative works; reverse engineer or disassemble the Software; remove proprietary notices; use the Software commercially without authorization; share account credentials stored on the device; or use the Software unlawfully.

Intellectual Property

The Software is licensed, not sold. ACE CASINO PASSENTRY LTD retains all right, title, and interest in the Software. You own the local content you enter (such as stay notes) on your device.

User Data

Use is also governed by the Privacy Policy. The Software stores account and stay data locally. There are no paid subscriptions in the Software.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACE CASINO PASSENTRY LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation Of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACE CASINO PASSENTRY LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

Termination

This EULA lasts until terminated. It ends automatically if you fail to comply. You must then stop using the Software and delete copies from your devices.

Updates And Governing Law

The licensor may provide updates. Continued use after an EULA change is acceptance. This EULA is governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
