By downloading or using Ace Casino PassEntry (“the App”), you agree to these terms. Please review them carefully.

1. App Usage

The App is a stay companion for ACE Airport Casino. Use it legally and responsibly. You must not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute the App; use it for commercial purposes without written permission; or attempt unauthorized access to related systems.

2. Intellectual Property

Visuals, text, branding, and design in the App are owned or licensed by ACE CASINO PASSENTRY LTD. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works.

3. Privacy And Data

Accounts and stay data are stored on your device. The App does not include third-party trackers. See the Privacy Policy.

4. Age

The App is for users aged 13 and above.

5. Not A Booking Desk

The App is not a payment processor, airline ticket, or guaranteed physical key. Reservations and floor requests are recorded on the device as guest notes. Follow the property’s own confirmation at the desk.

6. No Guarantees

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant error-free operation or continuous availability. Your use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.

7. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACE CASINO PASSENTRY LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or business from your use of the App.

8. Changes

We may update the App and these Terms. Continued use after a change is acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the App.
