Ace Casino PassEntry is built so stay data remains on your device. We do not operate a user-account cloud for this app. We do not sell stay records or advertising profiles.

1. What Stays On The Device

If you sign up or sign in, the app stores your name, email, and password locally. It may also store schedule choices, loyalty points, redeemed rewards, floor requests, stay preferences, and a read state for messages. You can delete a locally created account from Settings. The demo account cannot be deleted.

Guest mode stores no account. Public catalog content is bundled with the app.

2. What We Do Not Collect

The app does not send stay data to ACE CASINO PASSENTRY LTD servers. There is no analytics SDK, advertising identifier, payment processor, or third-party tracker in the app.

3. Internet Use

The pass, catalog, and requests work from bundled and local data. Opening Privacy Policy or Terms inside the app loads pages from acpassentry.com in an in-app browser. That request is a normal web visit to those documents.

4. Photos And Camera

Contact Support can attach one photo from the library or camera. The image stays on the device as part of the support draft. The app does not upload it to a remote ticket system.

5. Age

The app is intended for users aged 13 and above. It does not gather information from children.

6. This Website

This marketing site may store a single preference so the cookie notice stays closed. See the Cookie Policy. We do not run advertising pixels on these pages.

7. Changes

Updates to this policy appear in the latest app version or on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
